Arrival and departure

We request that you vacate your room or apartment on your day of your departure by 9:30 at the latest. The rooms are ready to move into from approx. 15:30.

Booking information

Your apartment is reserved for the number of persons you indicated. Additional persons can only be booked after prior agreement with us by phone or in writing and at an additional charge.

Cancellation and curtailment insurance

This covers you for cancellation costs (e.g. later arrival or earlier departure) and can be taken out in any travel agency or motoring associations. We would also be happy to offer you travel insurance, upon request.

Cancellation conditions

In unresolved cases, the  Cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations (Stornobedingungen des österreichischen Hotelreglements) apply. Subject to errors and price changes. Court of jurisdiction: Landeck

You can settle your bill either by EC Card or in cash.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed, because we are one of the certified allergy-friendly businesses in Fiss.
