The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply
- For cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fees
- For cancellation 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the total amount
- For cancellation 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total amount
- For cancellation 1 week prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount
- For cancellation on the arrival day or early departure: 100% of the total amount
In the case of cancellation up to 12 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, we will refund your deposit. In ambiguous cases, the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
